I like this picture quite a lot. It has a certain old Japanese style to it which I find quite appealing. That is also reinforced by the use of the parchement texture. Speaking character wise, I think that the stomach-lowerback (it seems a little to thin and stetched IMO) and his left-hand could do with tweeking if you were to draw him again (although, this picture is a quick sketch, so really its excusable 
)
